But far from the gassy light ale stuff served up in the distinctive brown bottles worldwide, real Budvar sold in the Czech Republic is of an entirely different class. It’s rich and creamy and best of all, it’s cheap. So if you’re visiting Prague do the taste test, an tell me if this isn’t the best beer you’ve tasted in the world�

    The Christmas market season starts on December 5 for “ Mikulas," or St. Nicholas' Day which is kind of a warm up to the big day. Visiting the Prague Christmas Markets make the perfect warm up to the festive season. And it’s not just the fact you can pick up some great hand crafted toys, jewellery and gifts here.
