  Stunning family room ! All inclusive food was great, many choices for a healthy lifestyle but the best thing at the place was the staff. They are offering gust service at the highest level. Some names needs to be cherished : Georgi - the best for entertaining ( we'll gonna miss his voice and smile), Tadej - lovely fun activities, Francesca- thank you for taking care of kids in the most adorable way ( English& Swedish); from restaurant, Dayi - always smiling when cooking, Rodolfo- artistic sandwiches, Ildefonso - best serving, pleasant and always kidding with kids... Thank you Iberostar Cristina for 10 lovely days. Some tips for guests: Click- Mallorca.com ( best prices for fun tickets) , Aquarium in at 10 min walk, for Aqualand there is a free bus leaving at 10 am and back at 5 pm, for Palma city is express buss ( 1,5 €/pers) etc. The hotel is close to the beach and farmacy ( in case you need it ).

  There was a sewer smell coming from the shower but after complaining about it it was fixed straight away. The elevator was new but kind of clunky.

  Muy buen hotel, servicio y ubicación. Totalmente recomendable.

  La temperatura del agua de la piscina climatizada nos pareció que era algo baja por lo que no nos pareció del todo agradable nadar en ella. La restricción de la temperatura en la calefacción de la habitación resultó en una estancia más templada que caliente y por tanto no tan confortable como esperabamos. Todas las pistas deportivas son de pago.

  la verdad es que hemos repetido en 2 meses 2 veces y volveremos a repetir al mismo hotel,la atencion de recepcion excelente,sr Jaume de recepción,Sra Charo(limpieza de habitaciones excelente)con todo lujo de detalles.
