  Good position tea and coffee available all the time reasonably quiet

  Small rooms for the amount charged. Both the rooms we occupied had items stolen from cases and toilet bags so this spoiled our stay regarding the hotel. Hope management addresses this issue and until that happens could not recommend the hotel to anyone else.

  I found the staff exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The room was just what I had been hoping for - quiet, warm, comfortable, good lighting. Nice bathroom. I like the position of this hotel in Copenhagen, away from the traffic but still very near the centre. I was pleased that coffee and tea were easily available and free of charge.

  Only downside was there was no small sandwich or snack available in the evening when I was wanting to work. But staff were very nonetheless very helpful and told me where I could get some nearby.

  Very easy now to get the metro around Copenhagen from nearby. Nice to be near the water. Lots of places to eat nearby and some nice places to walk around.
